SPARK37M DIGITAL LITERACY PROJECT – LAGOS STATE Executive Summary The SPARK37M Digital Literacy Project is a nationwide youth empowerment initiative by SPARKHUB, designed to equip one million youths per state with essential digital skills, employability readiness, ethical digital citizenship, and a nation-building mindset. In Lagos State, the project seeks to address youth unemployment, digital exclusion, and skill gaps by providing structured digital literacy training that moves beyond basic device usage to productive, income-generating, and socially responsible application of technology.
